The firm is an agent and underwriter for Stewart Title Guaranty Company (Stewart) licensed by the Alabama Department of Insurance to issue title commitments and policies in the state of Alabama.

We handle hundreds of closings, title searches, title commitments and issue title insurance every year all across the state of Alabama. We have access to Stewart’s 9500 offices located throughout the United States and in over forty (40) countries. We strive to provide the best service to our clients and eliminate the need to hire several different companies to meet the needs of our clients. Being a title agent has allowed the firm to handle every aspect of our client’s residential or commercial real estate transaction from start to finish in a timely manner.
