Public Contract Law
Our Public Contract Law attorneys regularly compete for public procurement and grants at the federal, state and local levels. We continue to promote the growth and professional development of our public contract law attorneys and associate members in public procurement law through a structured system where we frequently partner with other procurement consultants and provide educational and training programs that foster opportunities of growth for all our attorneys and staff. The public contract attorneys seek to improve the functioning of public procurement by maintaining our membership with the Public Contract Law Section of the American Bar Association and contributing to developments in procurement legislation and regulations; by objectively and fairly evaluating such developments; by communicating the Section's evaluations, critiques and concerns to policy makers and government officials; and by sharing these communications with Section members and the public at varies seminars and events on an annual basis.
