Yvonne Green Davis Yvonne Green Davis has been a member of the Alabama State Bar for 12 years. The last four years she has spent the majority of her time developing a practice in the area of public finance, which includes acting as Co-Bond counsel, and Co-underwriter’s counsel. She is committed to the area of public finance. She spends a great deal of her time attending training in bond transactions and efforts in representing issuers and underwriters in a wide variety of bond transactions. Ms. Davis undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1981, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked as a registered nurse for over fifteen years before receiving her Jurist Doctorate from Birmingham School of Law in Birmingham Alabama in 1995. Ms. Davis is a member of the Sigma Delta Kappa Fraternity Alpha Phi Chapter honors society. She is committed to providing the highest level of legal services while continuing to serve her community.

Felecia D. Cunningham Felecia, is an associate with the firm.
